For the record I am 55 years old Lost one.. I smoke until I was 40 and on my 40th Birthday I smoked my last Winston(after switching from Camels) and quit.. I still think about smoking once in awhile have had one cigarette in 15 years.. Wake up in the middle of the night sometimes and cant breathe which I attribute to smoking for 26 years..started at 16... The point do it for yourself for the quality of your life when you become an Old fart like me..<gg>
