I looked up cowardly in my (Oxford) dictionary. It says "faint-hearted". The definition of crusade is extensive. It does mention "aggressive campaign against public evil" but that is a tiny part of the overall entry. I'm just tired of efforts to demonize the enemy and make one's own side out to be perfectly in the right. All these "Christians" who talk about forgiveness and run round crying for revenge. David
