I think you covered all the salient points, except for Mr. Torti's groundbreaking long term gains theory.

All stocks go up and down. I am not as adventurous as you, and would not short this stock, but have made plenty on the upside. This "boring" company is a cash cow, and are doing the right things to maintain their market dominance. I plan to see my 15 1/2 shares double shortly.

Based on your analysis, is 20 still a good support point, or are the mid teens a looming possibility? Thnaks for your posts. You have no need to defend yourself.
