Thanks Steve, I don't follow n-max but the subject matter did catch my eye.
The central theme of the article is that the Soviets are dealing in arms in a huge way. Rather than scaling back ICBM capabilites, they are accelarating them, and more interesting they are developing "workarounds" of missile defense systems.
This at a time when we are being told from "reliable" news sources that there is no ICBM threat. I don't know, I'm trying to sort it all out.
