Plus the original point was the killing of civilians, as opposed to going up against the army or whatever... in other words everyone does it. As if the WTC attack was somehow particularily 'evil' or whatever. Like if they had a real army don't you think they'd use it? Still no one even talking about understanding the enemy, just wave a flag and step on it.

I happen to think the Japan example is not a good one, because there are so many other examples of the U.S. killing innocents outside of wartime.
