JC, Re: think that the "failure" of the nForce The main problem for nVidia is IMO not the nForce performance levels but that they gave VIA enough time to redesign their KT266 to make it much more attractive. If nForce would have been relased before KT266A we all would kill to get it (well, most of us <g>) but now it's just another very well-performing DDR chipset. But I wouldn't call that a "failure". Perhaps some people were expecting too much from nVidia and too few from VIA (which blew the competition out of the water with their KT266A release). Andreas
