Yes, presumbably this law has something to do with re-cycling, which is the imposition of the view that most, but not all of us, beleive that we owe an obligation to ourselves and future generations to preserve our natural resources. The idea that we owe this obligation is a moral belief. There is no law that I have ever seen that does not involve some form of morality. and I again challenge you to name one. Little joe
