I see the game plan in this phase as softening up the Taliban by US/UK forces flying in from the aircraft carriers as the Northern Alliance conquers the country. Getting rid of the Taliban will be popular with everyone but a few smugglers/mafia types. So where will Bin-Laden go to then (assuming he isn't wiped out in this stage)? The only place that'd take him last time was Afghanistan. He isn't too popular even if Iraq and the like find him useful (if not on their territory). That's when things will get interesting...
