GF2MX200     175 MHz           166 MHz           64 bit
GF2MX        175 MHz           166 MHz           128 bit
GF2MX400     200 MHz           183 MHz           128 bit


Note that there are some slight variations available (different clock-speeds depending on the video card manufacturer) -- these are the "refrence values" from Nvidia. I don't know at what clock-speed the nForce northbridge runs but I guess it's in the 200 MHz range. But the main factor to determine GF2 performance is the memory bandwidth.
