When Bear Stearns reports that Vulcan had motivation to sell for tax loss reasons, you have to know they were told that by somebody. Noticed that trading today (already over 3.3 million shares, is coming in at 10k blocks that are very frequent. Some larger blocks too. If Vulcan's sole motivation was tax loss reasons, then they may be seen buying more after the 30 day window. I have not read the exact date of sale to INSP that Vulcan had.
