ulcers: I think a california lawyer has started a lawsuit: Scott Wylie vs Walsh and company. You can find it in one of Bre-x's new releases. Botts and Baker and other lawyers are contemplating a Bresea lawsuit.

P.S. Did you know that they are coming out with a much cheaper generic ulcer mediation/drug in a month or two?
