The Costitution Amendment II says, ...the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.

Especially in light of the fact that the Amendments to the Constitution were added because of a fear of governmental power...

I can see how you or anyone could easily misinterpret this sentence.

"The Second Amendment is the most unclear and vague sentence in the entire US Constitution and can be used by both sides to support just about any law or lack thereof.
