If we put him on trial in the US we are wasting a lot of taxpayer monies and the billions of Muslims world wide would be very unlikely to take this as a fair trial Could he get a fair trial anywhere in the US? One is supposed to be tried by his peers. Does Bin have any peers in the US? Will they allow muslims to sit on the jury? Tough questions, and a tougher test if ladin is captured and brought here to be tried, for a country that prides itself on demacracy.
