Listen to Rich1. My history was similar- -started at 15, quit when I was 38. I got cravings for years afterwards, but they've finally stopped. Took about 10 ears.

My wife, though, says she still has nightmares where I've started again. :-)

Most people, when they think of smoking health risks, think of lung cancer. The fact is that the biggest risk- -the thing most likely to kill you that is caused by that smoking- -is heart attack. I had a heart attack a few years ago. I'm here to tell about it; if I were still smoking, it would almost certainly have killed me.

Do yourself a BIG favor and quit.

Smoking probably costs you easily $1000 a year, right? Well, each year plan on buying yourself a present with that money. Something you really want.
