Bill: Thanks for reposting the discussion of patents and licensing. I think the company is pretty well protected via their patents on the plating process, but is dependent upon licensing for the PIC technology itself. Of course people have been bonding diamonds to metal for a long time (everything from fingernail files to diamond cutting wheels), so I'm not confident that the electroplating patents do much for us. I guess this paragraph you posted sums it up: "The Company will rely on a combination of patents, patent applications, trademarks, copyrights and trade secrets to establish and protect its proprietary rights in the [Antenna Technology and] PI Technology and the Proprietary Electroplating Process" So, Mr. DeFrancesco (sp?) is no longer with them? I guess they don't need him now that the license is theirs and now that they do not wish to expand this technology further. Lee
