I have an uncle and a neighbor who are homosexual...

...men, Bill.

Both tell me -g- -- because I ask them pointedly and often about what it means to grow up and live life as a ridiculed homosexual in this great nation of ours that 'encourages diversity' -- that, yes:

Men in general are driven to find a hole to put it in.

Is that descriptive enough for you?

NOW: what I see in my uncle and know from my neighbor is that this mindless drive to have sex is 'not the answer.'

I see this clearly in heterosexual relationships as well, BTW. Certainly I've found this to be true as a straight woman.

All people want -- YEARN -- to be unconditionally loved. To replace/continue, etc, our originating parental love, I think.

My own life to some extent (I saw through the foolishness of the whole little 'using' deal long ago -- that would be this 'money=sex+power' business) but mostly through observation of 'happily married couples.'

As E said earlier, I hope none of these anonymous couples friends of mine read this -g-

Sex sort of goes out the window as the years of marital bliss accumulate.

It's boring.

It's inconvenient.
