We like to compare the West with places like Iraq, Iran, Afghanistan. We recently have made a case about how women in Afghanistan are treated and the lack of education etc.

What business is it of ours how women are treated in those places. As far as educational materials are concerned we have offered and they have either excepted them or not.

Just 30 years ago, here in America, women were restricted from boardrooms and the "corridors" of power and we are the "enlightened" portion of the world.

Cultures take time ot change...in the meantime, we can speak up about it.
