If you remember one of the Russian stooges that heads 15,000 Kazakh militia (forgot the the chaps name!) has been living in exile in Turkey! Talebans ran him out and he was not in good terms with Ahmad Shah Masoud! Is it possilbe that they want to bring him back to Mazar Sharif and make head a new Russian backed Afghan government? Maybe CIA is also in agreement! Any dog is better than Taleban!
