X -s I read all the way through that and thought there was something familiar with the tone, and, yes, there it was at the end 'The Ayn Rand Institute' Such moral certitude in black and white - ideally suited for a unilateral United States which brooks no opposition to its will. Bush is pausing and rightly so - and it will mean losing the support of folks from the Rand Institute.
