Stan, the rally, think Longdong brought up a couple of interesting points, window dressing (although may be so futile why bother, never happened in August) and FOMC meeting. Also a lot of these retracements are often 50% from the low. Not that I believe you can follow any of the norms in this market, especially one that will be clinging to news. I am actually still looking to unwind some more long term investments in this "rally". So far by selling most of my drug stocks I have saved myself about $20K.
