But their chief spokesman insisted the isolated leadership would still not hand over Osama bin Laden unless Washington, which blames him for the devastating September 11 suicide plane attacks in the United States, provides evidence.

I thought this was a requirement before any judge issued an arrest warrant and the arrest warrant clearly stated the crime and reasonable cause that the person for whom the warrant is issued 'probably' commited that crime.

Why are they afraid to disclose the info. Perhaps it wont stand up to scrutiny? perhaps the president needed a name and a face to focus the nations attention? It would be quite embarrasing if the president came out and said 'sorry america, we dont know who did it' so you cant vent your anger till we find the culprits.

btw lest u start believing that i am for laden or muslims, i should hasten to tell you that the life of my whole family, aunts uncles and hundres of cousins etc. was ruined by the muslims. And because there were so many of them we hated all of them. But that was years ago. And now I 'suspect' there may be a few good muslims on earth.
