Scary story on the WSJ front page today: An interview with a Berkeley scientist connected to the CDC who tests samples for biohazards.

In the dead of night, an unauthorized boat had breached the restricted zone of a federal reservoir that was closed after the terror attacks...The boat had ignored road closures and a special perimeter of buoys set up to protect the reservoir...A Sacramento Sheriff's helicopter scrambled to fly over the reservoir, shining a light over the black water within 15 minutes. By then, the boat had vanished. The boater was never apprehended.

Turns out they found nothing, but there was certainly a lot of noise about 9/22 being a big date.

(Of course, to remain in good standing in the CFZ, I must add that the noise about 9/22 was probably just part of Their plan for today's big relief rally.)
