Also, CSYI could easily afford to buy back up to 1 million of their currently outstanding 5.3 million shares. All they would have to do is sell their remaining stake in SigmaTron (SGMA), which at today's price would raise over $6 million. This would pay for a million shares of CSYI, currently trading at 5 1/16 or so.

I do know the move to sell the SGMA shares they did sell was, in retrospect, a good trade. They got $21.70 for the SGMA shares, which are now trading at 12 1/4 or so. So they did sell high, and used some of the proceeds to buy their own very cheap stock. This move unlocked some shareholder value inherent in the stock.
