Okay, what's the real scoop on TD-SCDMA? I realize that it uses QCOM patents. If it was any other country but China, I wouldn't worry about it. BUT, it is China, and I don't trust them one bit. Assuming it even will work, of course, is there any way they can get around paying QCOM royalties on this? I know they would be in the wrong legally, but could they still somehow get away with it? Remember, it's China.
