Just called the company and spoke to the someone in IR department. They said that since the CFO is in charge of IR and he was on vacation they would get his assistant to call me. Told them about the YAHOO article about AMERIGON and how they highlighted PAIR in it making it look like the CFO left. I expressed to them that if someone was calling to confirm if he was still with the company even though the guy at Amerigon was the old CFO and is told he is on vacation people are mis reading things. They did state that the only statement they have issued concerned the alliance announced today In my opimion if there was some truth to some preannouncement or bad results it is hard for me to beleive that the CFO would take a vacation so close to the end of the quarter.
