Yes. Another nail in the coffin for the 'full-service' agent.

The travel business is a stunning success story -- the most visibly successful, so far, at the consumer level -- in the e-business revolution (sorry -- 'Evolution,' I mean -g-) that represents a paradigm shift in the value of hiring an expert 'for convenience.'

I'm sorry, but that need, perceived or otherwise, is gone.

Meaning, there is NO value in paying a premium for better 'quality' service.

Same with real estate agents, but worse as they cost big money -g-
