You probably wouldn't want to own the stock of any company that you didn't have immense respect for the management team. You also might not want to own a company that doesn't generate sufficient free cash flow. That's true, but how can I rank how good the management is? They are not going to meet with me. From what i've read Gemstar, Qualcomm, and Siebel all have very smart and respected CEOs.
