Now that I think of it, I could see combining airport personal shuttle (both ends) and block ticket purchases. The business would pick you up at your door, drop you off at airport security, you board, then get off, go right to the shuttle that takes you to the hotel. Now THERE's a service. But it seems that you'd still order this through the Internet and they'd dispatch by cell phone. I've got to see some value for me. I don't see it with travel agents.
