I agree. Of course that is preferred, the government should not be able to herd people into the country for the sole purpose of voting for a constituency. * * * I guess GWB's amnesty for illegals will be on the back burner for the foreseeable future. I have a soft spot in my heart for Mexican immigrants because they work their butts off. Many of them are good people... I don't know of any terrorists among them. Anyway, I would distinguish between immigrants from bordering countries and those from oversees, just in the name of common sense. I don't care if it's fair or not.
