Hi Skeeter, If you can ping your Win box from your Linux box you should be able to do vice versa. Do you have any software firewalls installed on eithe? You can run "Winipcfg" on your Win box to verify your IP settings on the Win box. What happens when you try and ping the Linux box from your Win PC? Are you connecting them using a hub/switch? Do you have a hardware firewall protecting both from the Internet? DS
