Well, let's see. You imply that Michael's views on rearranging the middle east, which you obviously disagree with (and on which I make no comment either way), are derived from the Talmud. Perhaps before making such claims you should study the very negative results for the Jews of past (and continuing) false claims about the Talmud. I see your statement as equivalent to a variety of Nazi claims, as well as the claims that the church used to justify its persecutions, and claims that some Arab governments make today (notably Syria). Or were you implying something completely different? That fact that this was addressed to a personal friend who took no offense is irrelevant. The ratio of lurkers to regular posters is very high, and there are some comments which would clearly be out of line, regardless of to whom they are addressed. Finally, a comment doesn't have to be made about an identifiable "race" to be racist. Ask the middle eastern men who were pulled off planes for no particular reason recently.
