I confess that I am not entirely pleased with the idea of granting one fundamentalist such easily abused power in order to protect me from another fundamentalist. Who guards the guardians? Who are the "fundamentalists we must be guarded from and who you have referenced??? I haven't seen any plans to suspend the Constitution. Have you? I see these measures being debated in Congress, don't you? In fact, most of what DOJ has requested is already on the books for other types of crimes like, drug dealing and money laundering. An extention of these LE tools to terrorist activities seems to make logical sense, IMO. JLA
