Shorts are responsible the 1929 crash and now this one. Shorting should be against the law and criminal. But it is legal and only the pen and outrage against those that can capitalize and have the money and influence to do it.

The terrorist used shorting to assist them to raise money. Maybe that will open the SEC's eyes.
