It sounds like you are arguing that laws and rules already on the books are not being enforced. Is that correct or do you want new laws/rules?

However, shorting and distorting gurus and market influences get away with pure out theft. My last letter to the SEC on this subject was Septemebr 17, 2001. I intend to scream till some like that congressman steps up to stop this massive manipulation.
