That's an old story and in the end he did give the Mid East a lot of attention. Totally unlike Bush, who told the mid east players to go figure things out on thier own. Of course, now that has changed. Clinton recognized the importance of keeping a dialogue happenning in the mid east, something bush wasn't keen on until recently. But I don't think we should get into the blame game here.
