Hi John and all share holders
I have received the proxy also. I voted for the resolution. The management team and directors are in sin. Look at several things
they did, it is outrageous.

1. The management want to pay pension to outside directors. Why
do they need to get the pension plan? They get more than 8000
shares of stock option plus $26000 each year salary and $2000
each meeting they attend. They will only attend several meetings
and get so much compensation alreay. They should not get the
pension.
2. The CEO got $500,000 bonus pay last year. Why? The reason that CEO
got the bonus is he did some business transaction for company.
THese business transactions are his job. Why did he need to get
bonus? By the way, all the transaction are not really good for
company and share holders. For example, the INTC deal.
3. The stock price dropped to $9 range. The management reajusted their
stock option price from $16 range down to $9. The management will get huge gain in future. That is the main reason the management
team does not care about stock price. They want the stock drop,
they can get cheap stock option and reajust their stock option
to low price.

Thus, we need to kick out all the directors. We need to vote
against all the director to be on the board.

John, We need to told each share holder on this thread about these
stuffs.
