The WAR against Terrorism will be over when it becomes politically, economically, and militarily not feasable for any COUNTRY to support it openly or covertly. As the article points out there likely will always be "terrorists" but what makes them particularly dangerous to the World is when they can find a safe haven in a country and perhaps even moral, economic, and political backing from a recognized nation who might THINK they can attack another nation with IMPUNITY by not OFFICIALLY sponsoring such attack. This is now to change if we are strong-willed and do not falter. JDN
