Hi L, Here's news from Reuters: my.aol.com Boston Scientific Says Drug Prevents Clogged Stents Reuters Sep 24 2001 3:51PM CHICAGO (Reuters) - Medical device maker Boston Scientific Corp. said on Monday that a drug applied to a stent -- a device to prop open clogged arteries -- completely prevented the arteries from becoming reclogged. The article says that the test results were from a 6 month period after use. I wonder how long the the restenosis will be prevented. Is it effective for literally years? Best regards, Tom
