I think in terms of NDX they make quick run at 10 day MA of 1245. I can't see them going higher until they see full effects of new recessionary impacts on economy. My company does computer support work and we are in day 5 of full time reactionary mode to all the virus attacks going on. Despite the almost complete shutdown of new cap ex spending by the nations businesses, I can't keep up with the level of damage control work because of computer virus attacks. I feel that businesses are losing major amounts of productive time and money responding to this virus de jour situation.
