If possible,could you comment on this:

Last week I was taking to an SW Engineer who worked for 3 years at IBM storage division. He told me that that existing IBM customers are most of the time reluctant to switch vendors. In addition IBM after sales support and service seems to be good.

Since EMC now has to gain market share (even it means loosing money initially) in a sector that is stagnant in near future, how is the above going to play out against/in favour of EMC?
