Price to Sales I heard Dan Niles (Lehman Bros analyst) saying this just yesterday. The suppliers of semi's at the bottom of the supply chain are all still trading at P/S > 5 some as high as 9 and ten. At the bottom of previous semi cycles these P/S ratio's were half of what they are today. Apparently (he says)....when INTC and others trading at 4 P/S or so....he says there is still plenty of downside risk in these stocks...like 50% downside.
