Techie, I don't know I have not looked at them. What really matters is that mcld don't look like they will last the year. If they had any credit line left they would not have been selling stock out the back door last month. Selling enough stock to fund operations at $.50 a share is really not an option even if they could find any buyers.

Send IR a note. Ask them point blank how much cash they have left to fund operations and where they are planing on getting funds. I doubt they will answer but it should be interesting to see how they get around answering the question.
