It is certain that a certain % of French Canadians hates English Canadians, but it is a relatively low figure. The same way that a % certain of English Canadians hates English Canadian, but again it is a relatively low figure.

What amaze me about racists, like you are (our last sentence is a eloquent example of your attitude), is why a majority can be scare of a minority.
