Las Americas Broadband and Cable California Sign Dick Clark International Cable Ventures for Programming
80 Channels of Programming, Including HBO, Cinemax and Disney, Set for Cable California Broadband Network Launch
LOS ANGELES, Sept. 20 /PRNewswire/ -- Las Americas Broadband, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: LABN - news) has signed an agreement with Dick Clark International Cable Ventures, Ltd. to program Cable California SA de CV's 80-channel broadband network.

Las Americas Broadband is currently building a 1300-mile broadband infrastructure in Tijuana. The broadband network is one of the largest network operations in Latin America.

Subscribers are being offered four tiers of programming: Opti Uno with 25 basic cable channels, Opti Oro (Gold) provides 50 channels, and Opti Platino (Platinum) 70 channels. In addition, eight channels of pay television programming is provided by HBO, Cinemax and Disney.

In addition to negotiating these programming arrangements, Dick Clark International Cable Ventures' agreement with Las Americas includes providing Cable California with all forms of other programming.
