So, Mr. DeFrancesco (sp?) is no longer with them? I guess they don't need him now that the license is theirs and now that they do not wish to expand this technology further.">>>

You are correct, the DeFrancesco brothers were pushed out by Terry Nield and the former mgt. team. Steve Howe and one of the brothers are trying to get back on board, in order to help PIC complete the automated portion of the production line in Colorado (so I am told), but the new mgt. team does not appear to be interested in Steve's offer to come in (at no charge, and without a contract) and help complete the line. Either they feel that Dr. Bauer can do it on his own (w/whomever he and Metz hire from the outside), or they do not intend to produce in Colorado.

INCE/PIC will not rely on past licenses for income as those licenses benefit the brothers (DeFrancesco) since they owned the patents at the time of licensing the (5) current license holders.

As you mentioned Lee, tHE PIC technology may be similar to other diamond coating technologies, but it is also quite different in one critical aspect; the speed in which they can produce. PIC's coating process is 60 times faster than anyone elses (1 mil/minute versus 1 mil (.001) per hour), and speed in this instance is what makes INCE's coating technology worth so much. Worth a huge amount.
