Last week my sister bought her first individual stocks -- Cisco was one: "Did you see how cheap it is now?" I said, "It will seem even cheaper at $4 per share" to which she snarled. She mentioned a security-related stock that was "... only $7 per share." What a bargain, I thought (could be, but you get the picture).

I hadn't thought about the people who were on the sidelines before who are bargain shoppers who are jumping in with both feet now, still with little or no clue. No fear...
