All: Certain questions have come to mind over the weekend. They are-

1) What is the name of the investment banking firm which
recommended splitting the ITCO entities from INCE?

2) Will the shareholders have an opportunity to vote up or down
on the ITCO/INCE separation?

3) Does the ITCO/INCE deal require final approval from the SEC?

4) Hypothetically, should individual shareholders, acting as a class,
deem the ITCO/INCE scenario not to be in their best interests, is it
within their power, at this date, to scuttle the deal?
