i agree with you version. good analysis. i am sur your familiar witht he "Bolshoi Igra!" The Great Game is being played once again. This time it seems to me it is US and Russia that will play the hand. I believe Talbeban will be out of power! They were convinent to for the US interest, as was Ayatolah Khomeine that was preferable to Prime Minster Bakhtyar! (you remember that episode?) Now Taleban have over stepped their limits! You know sometimes puppets forget who they are, thye take themselves too seriously.

I read that Mohammed Zaher Shah in Rome is being consulted both by the US and the Northren Alliance. That maybe one option accepatable both to US and Russians! The game has just started!
