I'll just add my input that I agree with the general sentiment that CPQ is getting TDM too cheap. 1.5X sales is a pitiful offer for TDM's entire business. Having said that I plan to hold on to the stock and use the conversion to get into Compaq stock. It seems their top management may be better than Tandem's and I have no doubt that they will increase earnings faster. Obewon
