Bill: I talked to a lawyer at the settlement firm (Gilardi & Co., 1-800-447-7657) just last week, she said that this was such a large case that they expected claims processing would take 6 months minimum to 12 months maximum, that they were still processing claims, and that they were still obtaining additional info from some of the large institutional claimants. Bottom line - the earliest payout is at least 2-3 months from now. Maybe we'll get it in time for Christmas! David T.
